ALL SALES ARE FINAL! We DO NOT offer returns, refunds or exchanges. 

WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL INFORMATION (FULL NAME, SHIPPING ADDRESS, BILLING ADDRESS, EMAIL, PHONE NUMBER) PROVIDED IS CORRECT. Inaccurate information can lead to packages getting lost, cancellations/returns, not being able to receive updates, or orders being flagged as  fraudulent. We will not be responsible for lost orders or orders being shipped to a wrong address due to incorrect shipping information. If your packages get returned due to incorrect information, you will be responsible for any reshipping fees. 

 

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. We are not responsible for any delays that may occur due to holidays, Weather, or carrier issues. If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit or upon delivery, please file a claim directly with the carrier. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  If you chose Store Pickup, your order must be picked up during operating hours.
